Benavides Driving School offers a state approved Defensive Driving Course for ticket dismissals, insurance discounts, safer driver knowledge, and new rules updates. B.D.S. has been in business since 1975 and has always strived, with their DDC program, to update and refresh drivers on new laws and techniques in order to become safer, better, and more responsible drivers on our Texas highways. B.D.S. uses a laugh and learn technique in many of their courses including their DDC program.

We feel that by implementing everyday real life driving experiences along with the approved curriculum we can provide each student, not only a way to dismiss a ticket but a way to change their attitude to a safe oriented driving attitude. B.D.S. implements the “watch out for the other guy” technique into all our courses.

This course will dismiss your ticket (make sure you have obtained permission from the court first before attending this class) and you may qualify for a 10% insurance discount on your insurance! But most importantly, it may save you and your family’s lives.
